We Still Have a Race Problem by James Ford

Good Afternoon All,

While this blog is dedicated to discussing business and nonprofit organizations, there are times when we must shift or adjust  our focus to things that merit just a bit more importance.  At this juncture, we [America] are dealing with the aftermath of the church shootings in Charleston, SC. A good friend and Fraternity Brother James Ford, who was named NC Teacher of the Year and the Charlottean of the Year, wrote a great op/ed piece for Charlotte Magazine.

It is my duty to share it with you so that we may all begin the healing process and continue to learn how we can stop these heinous acts. May these words open your mind and your heart. May God Bless you.

To Your Journey,

Keith Cradle
